Terms of Service
Last updated: June 8, 2026
Acceptance
By installing the Flowver GitHub App, signing in, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms apply to individual users and, where the GitHub App is installed on an organisation, to that organisation and any members who access the service through it.
The Service
Flowver provides a visual diff review interface for BPMN process model files changed in GitHub pull requests. The service operates as a GitHub App and requires installation on a GitHub account or organisation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.
Licence and Access
Access to the full feature set requires a valid licence associated with your GitHub App installation. Licences are issued on a per-installation basis and are non-transferable.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service in accordance with these terms. You may not sublicense, resell, or otherwise transfer access to the service.
Billing and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider on the cycle you select at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or GitHub's terms of service
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Use the service to process data you do not have the right to access
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
Your Content
You retain ownership of all repository content, BPMN files, and pull request data that Flowver accesses on your behalf. We do not claim any rights over your content. By using the service you grant us the limited right to access and process your content solely to provide the diff review feature.
Intellectual Property
The Flowver service, including its interface, visual design, and underlying software, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in Flowver's intellectual property beyond the limited licence described above.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim or €50.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App and cancelling any active subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your licence to use the service ends immediately.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
